About the Role
Hiring driven and self-starting Investment Real Estate Associates for a new, fast-growing real estate investment firm in Fort Lauderdale, FL (for context, a few miles from Las Olas Boulevard). In this position, your only focus will be to sell and buy properties to and from investors, developers, or homeowners needing to sell for quick cash.
This company is real estate on steroids so forget everything you know about traditional home buying and selling. As an agent here, you will not only learn how to quickly cultivate relationships with investors, developers, and sellers looking to buy, flip and sell, but you’ll also learn how to analyze current market trends, compare comps, and start buying properties on the company’s behalf after your first 90 days.
Because of the fast-paced environment and transactional nature of the business, we are looking for people who are eager and excited at the chance to learn real estate from some of the brightest minds in the industry.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Real estate experience is NOT required.
Sales experience required.
Real estate license is not required but must be obtained if hired.
Must be coachable and have a positive attitude.
Passion for learning sales and brokering investment deals IS required.
Must have excellent verbal skills.
Must be able to be held accountable to achieve set goals.
